I was concerned that the batteries may not be in good working order so I tested them just before listing this item. It's in very good condition. This tool has does not have much use.

So I feel good about selling the tool with batteries in fair to good condition. I'm going to charge them a third time and use it until both batteries are dead, then ship it provided the item sells. After the second charge there was a huge improvement. After the first charge they didn't seem to last very long.
