The cord is about 10ft long and metal box does have some exterior rust. This is tested and does work. For shipping out of the 48 states I only use global program. Overall it looks good and should work well.
The surface is slightly dirty and scuffed as well. Skill model 706 root-hammer is used but in good condition. Free shipping lower 48 states only.
