I have used a lot of these tools myself and can personally vouch for the condition them many. It is complete with the lubricant cleaning cloth instructions and a 1/4 3 8 pair of new masonry bits.

It has been stored for three years the case is in perfect condition there are some light marks on from shelf storage. Now they have retired and are liquidating the business.
